We have listed some of the more common questions and there answers below. If you can't find and answer to your specific question you can always talk to a member of staff using the Live Help button which is located on the right hand side of the website towards the top. If it is green then you can click on it and chat direct with a member of the Customer Services department. If it is orange then all members of staff are busy helping other customers, and you can either leave a message or wait for one of them to become free. If it is red, then the system is off line and you can leave a message. We will endeavor to answer all messages within a 24 hour period (sooner if possible).
How can I place an order?
The easiest way to place orders is via the website, as it is available any time of the day or night. You can also place orders via fax, telephone or post.
Where do I enter my gift card message?
You can enter your gift card message on each gift page. Simply select the required gift card type from the options available and fill in the gift card message box.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Most definitely. On each of our gifts you will see an input area that says 'Delivery Date (Blank = ASAP)'. Simply enter your required delivery date and we will schedule your gift to be dispatched so that it arrives on the day specified. Alternatively, leave this blank and we will dispatch you gift immediately.
I keep getting an error when I enter the delivery address!
This is normally due the post code/zip code or State being entered incorrectly. Post Codes/Zip Codes in Australia consist of four numerics only and no letters i.e. 6202. States can either be in full or their abbreviations: -

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and bank cards and we also accept paypal payments. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. If you don't have a credit card or bank card - no worries. Give us a ring, tell us what gift, wrapping and card, let us know how you would like to pay and as soon as we have received payment we will dispatch the gift. Can I order gifts for the whole family to be delivered to the one address?
Yes, that is no problem what so ever. Simply select the gift wrap and type of card that you would like, enter the gift card message and add the gift to your shopping cart. Repeat this proces for each gift that you would like to send.
Do you include any order or invoice information with my gift?
No, we don't include any order or invoice information what so ever. Your parcel will include the gifts wrapped with your choice of paper and ribbon, the gift cards in their envelopes with your message printed inside and a compliment slip. And that is it.
What delivery methods do you use?
This depends on the type of gift ordered and where. We have our own vans that deliver gifts ordered for the Perth CBD area. For all other deliveries we use Australian Post or Australia Air Express.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
If Australian Post or Australia Air Express is delivering the gift and nobody is home, they will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift by picking it up from the post office or arranging a suitable time for re-delivery. If we are delivering it ourselves we will try and ring and arrange a delivery time prior to delivery.
Who Can Order Gifts That Contain Alcohol?
Only people over the age of 18 can order gifts that contain alcohol. The recipient of the gift must also be over the age of 18.
Can I order gifts to be delivered on a certain date?
Yes, simply specify the required delivery date in the area provided on each gift page. We will then calculate the required dispatch date and email to let you know that your gift has been scheduled. We will then email again when we dispatch your gifts.
How do I know what is happening to my order?
Easy, once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. Once you have received this you can track the order through our website by clicking on the 'Members -Click Here' located in the right hand column. You will then be able to view a list of your current orders and their details. We will alos keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process. Once the gift has been picked and wrapped, again when it is dispatched and again once we can confirm that it has been delivered. If it is sent by standard or express post we will also provide you with the Australian Post tracking number so that you can track your gifts progress yourself.
Do you provide gift wrapping and personal cards?
You bet. Every gift that you select has the option as to which wrapping paper and gift card to be sent with it along with an area to enter your gift card message. We will print these in a hand written font inside the card ... and we don't charge a cent, it's all part of the service.
Can I cancel or change my order?
For sure, so long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a ring or send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to cancel or change the order.
