You can place your order via the internet, telephone, fax or email	As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmaion email	If you have specified a delivery date we will check as to whether we can achieve it or if it is for a forward delivery date we will schedule the dispatch date and email to confirm

We gift wrap your present, print your special message inside the gift card you have choosen and package everything ready for dispatch	We dispatch your gift to the recipient and email you to let you know that your gift is on its way	Once your gift has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking ID which allows you to track your gifts delivery progress at any time
