We have listed some of the more common questions and there answers below. If you can't find and answer to your specific question you can always send us a message via our website, or call us, and we will endeavor to answer all messages by the next working day (sooner if possible).

You can place your order via the website as it is available any time of the day or night.

You can enter your gift card message on each gift page. Simply select the required gift card type from the options available and fill in the gift card message box.

Most definitely. On each of our gifts you will see an input area that says 'Delivery Date (Blank = ASAP)'. Note same day delivery is not possible.
Simply enter your required delivery date and we will schedule your gift to be dispatched so that it arrives on the day specified. Alternatively, leave this blank and we will dispatch you gift as per our delivery and dipatch found under 'delivery information'. https://www.gifts2thedoor.com.au/delivery.html
Please note that we use Australia Post or Startrack to deliver your gift and delivery is subject to their estimated delivery timeframes and delivery policies. Please see delivery information on our website for the delivery timeframes for standard and express post.

This is normally due the post (zip) code or State being entered incorrectly. Post (zip) codes in Australia consist of four numerics only and no letters i.e. 6202. States can either be in full or their abbreviations: -

  • Western Australia - WA
  • New South Wales - NSW
  • South Australia - SA
  • Australian Capital Territory - ACT
  • Northern Territory - NT
  • Victoria - VIC
  • Tasmania - TAS
  • Queensland - QLD

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards, Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards, and we also accept paypal payments. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. If you don't have Visa, Mastercard or Paypal - no worries, give us a call, tell us what gift, wrapping and card, let us know how you would like to pay (i.e direct debit) and as soon as we have received payment we will dispatch the gift.

Yes, that is no problem what so ever. Simply select the gift wrap and type of card that you would like, enter the gift card message and add the gift to your shopping cart. Repeat this proces for each gift that you would like to send.

No, we don't include any order or invoice information what so ever. Your parcel will include the gifts wrapped with your choice of paper and ribbon, the gift cards in their envelopes with your message printed inside.

For all deliveries we use Australian Post or Startrak.

We highly recommend that you inform the recipient that a gift will be arriving.  We send your gift with Australian Post or Startrak and the standard procedure is to leave the gift at a safe place on the premises if nobody is home to receive the gift.  If it is not safe to leave the gift, the driver may take it to a post office or collection centre for the recipient to collect.  If this is the case, a card will be left advising of the collection details.  Gifts 2 The Door are not liable for gifts that are stolen or affected by environmental or weather conditions.

Only people over the age of 18 can order gifts that contain alcohol. The recipient of the gift must also be over the age of 18.

Easy, once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with a tracking reference so you can track the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post (standard delivery) or Startrack (express post) website.  

Yes. Most gifts have the option for you to choose which wrapping paper and gift card to be sent with it along with an area to enter your gift card message. We will print these in a hand written font inside the card ... and we don't charge a cent, it's all part of the service.

Yes, as long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a ring or send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to cancel or change the order.
