How can I place an order?
You can place your order by selecting your item and add it to your cart. Follow the prompts to select and access our online checkout., the you can pay for your gift via the website with our secure payment options.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards, Amercian Express and PayPal payments. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation as funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame.
Where do I enter my gift card message?
You can enter your gift card message on for each gift on the gift pages. Simply select the required gift card type from the options available and fill in the gift card message box. (Helpful hint: Check your message for errors!)
Can I order gifts to be delivered on a certain date?
Yes, simply specify the required delivery date in the area provided on each gift page. Please note that we use third parties delivery services to deliver your gift (Australia Post or Startrack) and delivery is subject to their estimated delivery timeframes. Delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed on a weekday before 10am WST will be dispatched on that day (subject to availability). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day. Please see delivery information on our website for delivery timeframes.
Same day delivery is not possible.

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your gift on the specified date, we cannot guarantee that your gift will be delivered on that date. There are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that may occur with the delivery providers which might delay delivery of your gift and are outside our control.
I keep getting an error when I enter the delivery address!
This is normally due the post (zip) code or State being entered incorrectly. Post (zip) codes in Australia consist of four numbers only and no letters i.e. 6202. States can either be in full or their abbreviations: -

Do you include any order or invoice information with my gift?
No, we don't include any order or invoice information at all with your gift.
What delivery methods do you use?
For all deliveries we use Australian Post or Startrack. Please refer to our Delivery page:
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
We strongly recommend that you send your gift to an address where the recipient will be able to take receipt of the delivery (eg. a work address if they are usually there during business hours). Please inform the recipient that a gift will be arriving. We send your gift with Australian Post or Startrack and there is an 'Authority to Leave' on each package which means that the driver may choose to leave the parcel at the delivery address. On some occasions, the driver may decide to take the package to a local post office for collection and will leave a card at the delivery address advising of the details for collection.
Please be aware that Gifts 2 The Door cannot accept any liability for gifts that are stolen or affected by environmental or weather conditions.
Who Can Order Gifts That Contain Alcohol?
By Australian law, only people over the age of 18 can order gifts that contain alcohol. The recipient of the gift must also be over the age of 18.
How do I track my order?
You can log into your account at any time to see the status of your order.
Do you provide gift wrapping and personal cards?
Yes. Most gifts have the option for you to choose which wrapping paper and gift card to be sent with it along with a text area to enter your gift card message.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't packed and dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a call or send us an email stating the order reference and whether you would like to cancel or change your order.
